Manual Handling Training

Our Manual Handling Training, led by a physiotherapist and occupational health consultant with extensive experience in mining, defence, and high-risk industries, is designed to enhance workplace safety. This training equips workers with the essential knowledge and practical skills to minimize the risk of musculoskeletal injuries that can arise from manual handling tasks.

Benefits

Our Manual Handling Training provideds employees with the knowledge and practical skills to safely perform lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling tasks. Participants learn to identify workplace hazards and assess associated risks, apply the Hierarchy of Controls to reduce injury, and plan tasks effectively to minimise strain.

Training improves posture, movement techniques, and overall task efficiency, helping to prevent musculoskeletal injuries (MSDs), support employee wellbeing, and enhance engagement. It also demonstrates your organisation’s commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) compliance, while reducing injury-related costs and maintaining a productive, safe workforce.

The training can be tailored to meet the specific demands of your workplace and job roles.
