Leanne Wright, Senior Physiotherapist and Director

From fighter pilots to mine sites.

I'm an APA-titled Occupational Health Physiotherapist and ASCA-accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach, with a Diploma in Work Health and Safety. I help individuals and organisations reduce injury risk, meet their WHS obligations, and keep people healthy, capable and at work.

My experience is in the environments where the physical demands are highest and the margin for error is smallest. I've worked alongside RAAF fighter pilots at 75 Squadron and in the mining industry, settings that shaped how I assess physical demands, design controls, and build solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.

As an experienced physiotherapist, I bring a deep clinical understanding of human movement and biomechanics to workplace safety, how the body actually loads, fatigues and fails under real task conditions. Combined with my WHS qualification, that means I can move from clinical assessment through to compliant, practical risk control in a single engagement.

Having been an elite swimmer at the Australian Institute of Sport, I know first-hand what injuries cost, in time, mental health, and capability. That drives how I work with every client: evidence-based, practical, and focused on keeping people performing at their best.
